− A/C was off on arrival. Took a very long time to cool it to a comfortable level Obvious lack of prior maid service. Lacking trash bags, toilet paper, clean towels. The hamper was still full of the dirty towels from the last visitor Elevator stopped working at one point. Had to climb stairs to 7th floor

− The power went out on the third day. We had to replace the batteries in the bedroom tv remote because nobody was in the office and nobody answered my message. The tv did not work on our arrival. We had to reset it. The slider rattles terribly leading to the balcony with the wind.
