− Les poubelles qui stagnent et qui ne sont pas vidées attirent une colonnie de mouches dans l''appartement, Une fois signalé ça a été vidé le lendemain. La machine à laver sur la terrasse non fixée au mur créé un tremblement et un bruit assourdissant dans l'appartement. Elle est certe utile mais nécessite d'être bien fixée ou encastrée dans un meuble pour sa durabilité d''ailleurs, au lieu de voyager sur la terrasse à chaque lessive.
