− Despite being paid for in advance there was no-one to meet me-I used the PIN number on my booking form but to no avail - because I arrived earlier than planned I remained in the village until 1730hrs (my estimated TOA was 1700-1800)-I am aware that an e-mail was sent on the same day from the provider stating that I had to register on line BEFORE arriving and also naming a local business as a partner who held the key to the property - I was not aware that this e-mail was sent before my arrival on site but raises the question as to why this requirement and information was not made available before given that I was driving over 700km to reach the site - the receipt for payment was dated 13 Dec 2024 and my arrival date was 26 Dec 2024 - I was and am a very unhappy bunny
