10.0Fantastic house, close to the beach, about 7 minutes from Vijaja beach, here the ocean on one side of the beach is very calm, good for swimming, even for children, because of the spit that stops the waves and large turtles swim up and you can feed them with algae, and a bit further there are good big waves for surfers ) The house is surrounded by a charming, well-kept garden - coconut trees, pepper bushes and a fruit tree (add which ones) and masala tree (add it because I don't know the name) Atmospheric Sri Lankan single-story brick house, renovated Two bedrooms (one with a large King size bed with a mosquito net) and the other with a double bed. Living room with TV with sofas and armchairs - all carved antique wooden furniture. Next, a dining room with a large table and chairs, a fridge, a cabinet with plates, all kinds of glassware and kitchen utensils. I asked the host - it is possible to add another mattress in the dining room for an additional fee and a total of two people can live here families 6 - 7 people There is everything you need for a short and long stay - pots, cutlery and glasses. The lovely host has prepared the house so that nothing is missing and you can feel at home (there is also an iron and all kitchen appliances) The bathroom is in a larger room but there is another toilet at the back of the house and even a second shower "cloud" and a tap behind the kitchen to wash the sand from your feet after the beach The water is heated by the sun in the boiler - maybe there is no hot water, but at these high temperatures there is no need for it. The kitchen is a separate house right next to it, with a gas stove, washing machine, sink, table and countertops for preparing food. There are fans everywhere, which is necessary in this heat. The host is very helpful and comes whenever you need it, apart from that there is complete privacy.
