Beautiful apartment, but poor handling of a serious issue during our stay.
7.0The house was beautifully designed, very clean, and in a great location. The kitchen was well equipped, and overall it felt like a comfortable and stylish place to stay.
− One of the beds had a broken, squeaky metal frame and couldn’t be used. We had to sleep on the mattress on the floor for several nights. Although the host acknowledged the issue and promised a refund, it took over a week and multiple follow-ups before we received it. Communication was slow and disappointing.

8.0De locatie, het huis en de infrastructuur zijn top!
− De host was een uur later dan vooraf afgesproken ter plaatse. Hij was wel goed bereikbaar per telefoon. Het huis was niet gepoetst toen we aankwamen, het vuilnis van de vorige huurders stond er nog, de lakens en de handdoeken waren niet ververst. De host heeft dat toen wel snel in orde gebracht, zodat we op de avond van aankomst toch nog konden genieten van een proper huis met vers bedden- en badgoed.
