Holt bolt-hole. Perfect for a couple as a getaway yet only 10mins walk to the town centre.
8.0Good location. Spacious, warm and comfortable property with quality furnishings. Very peaceful here. Nice courtyard garden.
− Bathroom could do with reconfiguring as there's a low ceiling above the toilet. Sitting room a bit too much like a waiting room - not cosy.
Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Couldn't have been better.

8.0Good quiet location. Well equipped and very clean.
− The fact that the bathroom was ensuite to one of the bedrooms was not explained on the property details. This was awkward and inconvenient. Also hand basin very small and shower rather feeble. Parking was very tight.

Exceptional
10.0The cottage was perfect. It was warm, cosy with parking on site and a good base for walking into Holt. We coincided our visit with Holt's Christmas tree lighting ceremony. Main street closed off; live band; stalls; hog roast and other foods plus fantastic fireworks! Holt is so near to coast and many other attractions.
− Key safe too low and in the dark but fortunately we had a torch!
