Appartamento confortevole e soggiorno piacevole!
8.0Piccolo bungalow situato all'interno di un residence tranquillo, curato e ben tenuto. Nel giardino comune c'è la piscina e diversi gatti che passeggiano serenamente, contribuendo a creare un'atmosfera rilassante. La casa è piccolina ma funzionale, dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Davanti all'ingresso c'è una graziosa veranda, perfetta per fare colazione, mangiare all'aperto o semplicemente rilassarsi al sole. La posizione è inoltre strategica, perché riparata dal forte vento che spesso caratterizza l'isola. Un ulteriore punto di forza è la proprietaria: estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutare. Risponde rapidamente ai messaggi ed è attenta a qualsiasi esigenza.
− Purtroppo l'isola è caratterizzata da un clima piuttosto ventoso e la zona in cui si trova l'appartamento non è tra le più riparate. Per questo motivo non siamo riusciti a sfruttare molto né la veranda né la piscina durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, la struttura si trova appena fuori dal centro: una posizione tranquilla, ma che rende spesso necessario utilizzare l'auto per uscire la sera, cosa che a volte può risultare un po' scomoda. Un altro aspetto da tenere presente è la presenza di insetti, piuttosto comune sull'isola. Durante il soggiorno ci siamo infatti imbattuti in una blatta all'interno dell'appartamento, episodio che inizialmente ci ha creato un po' di preoccupazione. Fortunatamente Marina, la proprietaria, si è dimostrata subito molto disponibile e ci ha consigliato di utilizzare l'apposito spray già presente in casa per limitare al massimo l'ingresso di insetti. Dopo quell'unico episodio non abbiamo più riscontrato alcun problema.
