Tolles Personal,… Sehr aufmerksam… absolute süße Unterkunft! Jederzeit wieder!
10.0Als aller erstes wurden wir sehr höflich empfangen, und man hat uns eine kurze Wartezeit mit einem Kaffee versorgt. Das Personal ist absolut außergewöhnlich! Wir haben eine wahnsinnstolles Suite bekommen mit einem eigenen Zugang zum Pool. Ich habe an diesem Hotel und dem Personal Rhein gar nichts zu bemängeln ganz im Gegenteil ich würde immer wiederkommen. Selbst beim Checkout bin ich mit den Gedanken rausgegangen. Mein Gott sind die alle süß hier! Vielen dank für diese wahnsinnig schöne Gastfreundschaft. Am liebsten hätten wir verlängert.☺️

Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt mit tollem Frühstück.
10.0Mir haben die schöne Dekoration, der grüne Poolbereich mit den Pflanzen und der blaue Swimmingpool sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück am Pool war ebenfalls wunderbar.
− Weniger gut gefallen hat uns, dass unser Zimmer direkt am Pool lag. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war das Wasserrauschen deutlich zu hören, und das Zimmer war leider sehr hellhörig.

10.0Das Personal war sehr nett, das Hotel war sauber. Das Frühstück war kein Buffet, aber dafür ausreichend. Die Preise an der Poolbar waren ortsüblich.
− Es ist zwar kein negativer Punkt aber es ist gut zu wissen, dass der Pool 1,40 cm tief ist.

10.0An exceptional experience from start to finish! This hotel was simply outstanding in every aspect. The architecture and overall design are beautiful and create a unique atmosphere. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property, and the quality of everything provided by the hotel, from the towels to the slippers and amenities, was excellent. One of the things I appreciated the most was the superb sound insulation. There was virtually no noise coming from other rooms or from outside, which made our stay incredibly peaceful and relaxing. I have stayed in many hotels around Çeşme and Alaçatı, and although many of them were wonderful, this was by far the best experience I have had in the area. The service deserves special recognition. The staff are incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive. They genuinely care about their guests, provide recommendations about places to visit, and can even help arrange restaurant reservations and activities to make your stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you goes to Mr. Yusuf, who took exceptional care of us and provided truly outstanding service throughout our stay. I would also like to thank Mr. Gürol, who was equally professional, friendly, and helpful. Their hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Finally, if you stay here, you absolutely must try the breakfast. The food is delicious, and enjoying it by the pool creates a wonderful atmosphere and makes the experience even more special. Without any doubt, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Çeşme.
