A cute little apartment in an excellent location with lots of potential for improvement.
8.0The location was excellent, near a walking path to the beach and not far from the shops in town.
− The key box code had been changed so we had to call the owner for a new code. Thankfully he answered and we got in right away. I have difficulty with stairs and was unaware that this apartment is above the garage. Yes, there's a washer/dryer, but it's an all in one unit that takes about 4 hours in the quick wash mode. The sofa bed was HORRIBLE. Unable to sleep at all on it. Carpets were badly stained, with funny little fur rugs scattered here and there.
