La piscina y el aire acondicionado en cada estancia. Baño de habitación en suite muy espacioso.

− Tras 3 semanas intentando contactar con la propiedad/empresa gestora, conseguí hacerlo telefónicamente ya que no vía mail ni vía Booking.com conseguimos contactar, y solicite una cuna para mí bebé que me confirmaron en dicha llamada, la cual a nuestra llegada no estaba y no me dieron solución, por lo que tuve que buscarme la vida y comprar 1 para que mi bebé pudiera dormir. El servicio de atención al cliente de quién gestiona el establecimiento deja mucho que desear. En cuanto a las instalaciones, el espacio de la piscina está muy bien. Todas las estancias tienen aire acondicionado, lo que mitigó el calor en la habitación principal ya que faltaba un cristal en la ventana del vestidor. Pero el ruido y ladridos de perros colindantes no dejaba descansar. El depósito del que se abastece el termo del agua caliente está un tanto "ruinoso" por dentro, ya que tiene desprendidos trozos de fibra. Entre los arbustos, y aunque no afectó a nuestra estancia, había un cadáver de rata, que por el estado llevaba algún tiempo allí... Había registros de cables eléctricos al descubierto, lo cual resulta peligroso viajando con niños.....

Very disappointing, would not book again.

The location is quiet but easily walkable into the town. The pool was nice. Beds were comfy.

− There were a whole host of problems with the property and the managers of the property. We were told before arriving that the previous tenants had broken a mirror, but it was actually a big window above the front door and seeing a review from a month earlier, they also said a window was broken. No attempt was made to make this safe. We had no working fridge in the kitchen for a whole week and had to crawl under the bar in the garden to access the outside fridge. Kettle was broken on arrival and not replaced. Patio door was broken, so had to use the front door to get to the pool all week. The air con in 1 bedroom did not work at all and in another was so noisy my family were unable to sleep, this was in 40 degree heat. We were told we had to wait in for the air con men on our 2nd to last day as they had no key. I asked if the owner could come so we could go out and got no reply. We were there until mid afternoon while they were working on putting 2 new units in. I had no reply from malaga suites from this time and they have ignored all my messages since. No toiletries as advertised and provided with 1 teatowel for the whole week. We did report every issue and were told things were being fixed, but that did not happen. All windows were locked downstairs leaving just the front door as the only way out. Its a shame as this property could have been nice , but feel totally let down by the managers especially as this holiday was to celebrate a big birthday.

Excellent location for a family visit to andulucia. 1 hour from Granda, Cordoba, Seville and Malaga

The house is big and has many rooms with a swimming pool. The location is perfect and the design of the house was great.

− The neighbors dog that barks all the time and some of the windows were broken.
