Everything was really fantastic. The Villa is wonderful. We had such a lovely time there with our 5 treenager kids. They were so lucky and we were Alls sad , when we had to head back home. The house is calm, quite and relaxing and very stylish. The pool is big and so beautiful. You find anything you need in the house and a lot more. Wonderful little beaches are only a 25 Minute drive away. We met the owners of the house who were so nice and Marin who took care of everything during our stay was so friendly and kind and has answered every question in minutes and gave us such good recommendations for restaurants, beaches, shopping. One example: we were asking for Toaster and texted him, as there was none in the house, he bought one and delivered it immediately. This was really outstanding! Thank you again for everything!

wir waren für eine Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind in der Villa Perla Verde. Die Unterkunft ist real noch toller als auf Bildern. Sie ist bis ins Detail durchgestylt und man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Man hat an jedem Schlafzimmer angrenzende Badezimmer. Das Haus mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet, sogar Badetücher für den Pool. Bettzeug etc. war vorhanden. Die Erstausstattung von Toilettenppaier sowie Zewarollen lag ebenfalls bereit. Die Unterkunft hat einen extra Raum, welche mit Tischkicker und Dartscheibe ausgestattet ist, zusätzlich gibt es Poolspielzeug und eine gemütliche Outdoor-Ecke. Der Grill muss mit Kohle befeuert werden, aber das hatte ebenfalls etwas romantisches. Die Aussicht ist kaum zu übertreffen. Wir können die Villa zu 110% weiterempfehlen. ca. 15 - 20 Autominuten findet man sätmliche Supermärkte sowie einen DM und Restaurants.

− Grundsätzlich gab es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass die Anreise mit dem PKW etwas herausfordernd ist. Die Villa befindet sich ganz am Ende eines kleines Dorfes mit unbefestigten Straßen, die sehr schmal sind, hier sollte man vorrausschauend fahren und auf die Geschwindigkeit achten, da die Straßen nicht gut einsehbar sind und äusserst schmal. Dies ist jedoch keine Kritik an die Villa, einfach nur ein Hinweis für die Anreise :)

Top locatie met een prachtig uitzicht. Het huis is volledig in orde en tot in de puntjes verzorgd, echt niets op aan te merken. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen en kregen we meteen nuttige tips over de omgeving, wat erg gewaardeerd werd. Het contact en de opvolging waren vlot en vriendelijk. Een zeer aangenaam verblijf dat we zeker aanraden.

Absolutely speechless! From the arrival at the property to departure everything felt like fairy tale. Owners Ksenia and Nicolas were amazingly kind,welcoming and thoughtful. They showed us everything around and made us feel like home. Their assistant Marin was very helpful and gave us information about all the places we should visit and get everything we need. As for the property it was amazing,every bedroom has its own bathroom,air conditioning and tv. Kitchen is well equipped as well as bar. There is fireplace in living room that makes the place cozy. Outdoor kitchen is perfect place for barbecue and grilling. Pool is big and beautiful,perfect for relaxation and swimming as well as the area around for sunbathing. In the bar area there is table football,bunch of board games and huge tv perfect for watching games and enjoying fith friends. All in all it was remarkable experience where we charged our batteries and we are looking forward for visiting again!

Very spacious Villa equiped with everything we needed for our stay. House is great, built for entertainments with darts and table football. Loved the outside pool (heated) and the communication with Luana was great. With fence all round the house great for pets as well.
