8.0Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz kostenfrei direkt vor der Tür. Wir wurden von Guido sehr herzlich empfangen und er war jederzeit erreichbar.
− Wir haben in den Bewertungen von dem Restaurant unter der Wohnung gelesen. Den Lärm der Leute vorm Restaurant oder auf der Straße empfanden wir gar nicht so schlimm. Viel schlimmer war die Lüftungs-/Abluftanlage des Restaurants, die direkt an der Außenwand vom Badezimmer entlangläuft und überall zu hören ist. Diese fängt an, sobald das Lokal öffnet und läuft meist bis 23 Uhr, manchmal auch länger. Man hört dieses permanente, laute Rauschen in beiden Schlafzimmern sehr und ich konnte dadurch schlecht schlafen. Für mich hat es leider den Gesamteindruck der Wohnung schon sehr getrübt.

9.0Sitio tranquilo, aparcamiento en la puerta, el apartamento es nuevo y muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en Madeira. El dueño muy amable y atento. El detalle del pastel de bienvenida es muy top 👌🏻

10.0We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Madeira. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to support us with anything we needed throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The apartment itself was very spacious, spotless, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge bonus, especially for a longer stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madeira.
