10.0L'appartamento è ampio, luminoso, confortevole, provvisto di tre camere spaziose e silenziose e due bagni moderni uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca. La cucina è equipaggiata molto bene di elettrodomestici grandi e piccoli, stoviglie, pentole e utensili. Villa Maria è situata in ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro ma fuori dal traffico, in un grande prato vicino alla chiesa principale. La padrona di casa è stata molto gentile e disponibile.
