− Empfang ist so angelegt, dass das Rezeptionsteam den Gast nicht sieht, wenn er in die Lobby kommt. Die Lobby-Couchen (beige) sehr angegriffen, keine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Keine Bilder ect.

− abbiamo prenotato 2 camere per 3 persone, una persona non è potuta venire, abbiamo pagato egualmente tutte e 2 le camere per 2 giorni. mi pare eccessivo altri hotel applicano 1 giorno di penale, come ci sembra più corretto. anche perché hotel può dare la camera vuota ad altra persona e guadagnarci il doppio. sono vecchio cliente di booking ma questa cosa non mi è piaciuta.

Hôtel bien situé mais un peu cher
8.0Le personnel tres aimable et agréable, le petit déjeuner tres bon varié et bien présenté, chambre impeccable. Le parking est appreciable sinon pas de stationnement possible.
− Il a fallu ajouter les petits déjeuners, les taxes diverses (de sejour assez chère +taxe ZTL) le parking à 19 euros la nuit, donc tout ceci augmente sensiblement le prix annoncé par Booking
