− Le manque de clarté sur l'annonce concernant la salle d'eau et les espaces communs partagés. Ceci est trop discrètement mentionné. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées : bruit du frigo dans la chambre, bruit de passage dans la cuisine, train à proximité. Literie pas adaptée.
