7.0Très bien placé! Personnels toujours disponible
− La chambre et la sdb étaient propre mais c’était pas très bien entretenu. Il y avait de la poussière sur le ventilateur et la lumière. Les murs auraient besoin d’un coup de nettoyage. Mais peut être que c’était seulement notre chambre qui avait ça ! Il y a un rooftop mais malheureusement il est inutilisable ( il y avait juste un banc et des déchets ), c’est peut être dû à la basse saison

10.0הייתה לנו חוויה יוצאת דופן ב-Bella Villa! שאן, בעל המקום, הוא אדם עם לב זהב. הגענו ללא תוכניות מסודרות, והוא דאג לנו לכל פרט קטן מהרגע הראשון. הוא סייע לנו לתכנן את הימים, ארגן עבורנו את כל מה שהיינו צריכים, וליווה אותנו בהמלצות ובתיאומים לאטרקציות השונות. מעבר לכך, הוא היה זמין עבורנו בכל שעה, תמיד עם חיוך, סבלנות ורצון אמיתי לעזור. הרגשנו שאנחנו בידיים הכי טובות שיש. בנוסף, הוא פינק אותנו בכל בוקר בארוחת בוקר מצוינת, טרייה ומושקעת, שהפכה את השהות שלנו למיוחדת עוד יותר. האירוח היה מעל ומעבר לכל ציפייה, ואנחנו ממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש מקום עם יחס אישי, חם ואכפתי. תודה רבה לשאן על חופשה בלתי נשכחת!
