3.0الموقع قريب من بحيرة اوزغول وقريب من السوبر ماركت ومن المسجد والصرافات
− الشقة التي حجزتها مكتوب في موقعكم ان مساحتها 60 متر مربع وانا اتحدى اي واحد في بوكينق ان مساحتها 60 متر لو اي واحد يطلع معي من مسؤلين بوكينق إلى اوزنغول ونقيس مساحة الشقة اللي حجزتها مستحيل مستحيل تطلع 60 متر مربع واعتقد الفرق في المساحة كبير وانا اطلب من بوكينق تعويض

4.0القرب من البحيرة والقرب من أماكن الخدمات مثل الكافيهات والمطاعم وحسن تعامل الموظف
− المكان غير نظيف ويوجد سرير فقط مزدوج رغم ان الشقه ل اربع أشخاص والاريكه الموجوده هي كنب وليست أريكه ولا يمكن استخدامها مكان للنوم والمفارش غير نظيفه ولايوجد عازل صوت وفي الليل ازعاج وجدال ولايوجد مكيف ودورة المياه غير جيده
