Wonderfully renovated and decorated. Everything you need was provided.

− Although the cottage is on a busy road, there is ample parking round the back (via an access road) and easy access to the house via the back patio and back door.

− Sunlight coming through curtains in main bedroom at 4.30 needed darker curtains but otherwise excellent

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated throughout and was much bigger than expected from the photos, which don't do this property justice. It provided a lovely base for our stay whilst seeing friends. We had everything we needed, even down to there being spray oil in the cupboard. The area was very nice and quiet with a shop just at the end of the road. Stu was a very good host and promptly answered questions we had. The fact that there was a walk in shower and a toilet on both floors was really excellent for us. The beds were comfy and we slept well throughout our stay.

− Unfortunately the information with instructions for how things worked within the house, such as the hob, heating and WiFi was missing, although we did manage to figure everything out pretty easily. The sofas were a bit low to be fully comfortable as Mum has knee troubles and struggled to get off them. We would possibly come back again, but unfortunately it is a little further out from our friends than we first realised.
