i would not recommend this place for full payment basis as the hotel is very rigid on refunds
2.0It was in the mountains with snow which is what we wanted to experience
− we arrived early morning hours and there was no buggy nor did they have any staff to help us take our luggage to the room we had to figure it out on our own
Nice holiday break
9.0Nice cabin with two outside sitting areas. Heated pool and good, affordable restaurant. Nice view on the mountains. Breakfast is okay but the same everyday, but you can pay for something else.
− Staff could explain more how everything works at the resort.

10.0المنتجع جمييل جداً ومناسب للإسترخاء وكذلك مناسب للي عنده أطفال، الموظفين لطيفين صح ما يتكلموا عربي وانجليزي بس استخدم معاهم المترجم وأمورك طيبة، والنفطة الأهم معاهم شطاف لأن الأغلب ما يهتموا بهالجانب.
