Not at all what was expected

Location is ok, not on the waterfront but close to one. Host does respond quickly to messages.

− The key was not left in the key-box as planned, so we had to call the host at 3 a.m. because we couldn’t get into the facility. Also, guests from another room had used our room before our arrival and left a wet dirty towel on the bed, and the on the same night they barged into the room at 5 a.m. looking for a charger that wasn’t even there. The room is in the basement, and the window has a sign saying “Do not open due to danger” because there are outdoor air conditioning units right outside, which make a terrible noise. Because of this, it was impossible to sleep in the room — we even bought silicone earplugs, but they didn’t help. There was also a problem with the water and the water pump, which broke down so we had to leave the accommodation. The host was unwilling to accept our comments regarding the flaws of the facility, and besides quick answering the messages she was quiet unfriendly and unhelpful. PS. Pictures are misleading.

Posizione comoda, se vi capita come a noi il flat B è luminoso altrimenti sarete in seminterrato senza vista.

− Stanza con doccia direttamente in camera (il vapore della doccia rimane nell'ambiente) e bagno piccolissimo senza finestra. Si entra direttamente in cucina che odora di umidità nonostante la presenza di un deumidificatore. La lavatrice è l'asciugatrice che si vedono in foto sono accessibili solo al flat A quindi non le abbiamo potute usare.

I really appreciated how responsive and kind the host was throughout my stay. The neighbourhood was also excellent—safe, charming, and well-located, and very well connected to public transport.

− I was given an underground room that was quite damp and dark. The mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable and thin and way too soft for me. The bathroom. It's not ideal for taking showers longer than 4-5 minutes, as the hot water runs out quickly. I didn’t enjoy my stay because I often had to rinse my hair with cold water. The shower doesn’t drain properly, and the plumbing system makes a lot of noise while in use. Additionally, the guests staying upstairs were very noisy during the night, especially in the kitchen area, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep in the first couple of days.

Very convenient apartment as for everything, apart from the fact that one of the flats is in total basement. This means not only absolut lack of view but also bad smell and extreme humidity. Prefer the more expensive one, if you don’t want desperately to save money...

Provided towels and bedsheets, soaps, quite loud street, comfortable gadgets, all in all good

Location was good, coffee and tea available, near by 24/7 shop and bus stop

− Bathroom was tiny, kept banging my head against the doorframe (even tho there was a sign), night light (bedside) was missing and had to get a UK plug since we traveled from Europe. Was somewhat loud at night (balcony doors don‘t close very tight)
