9.0The host was great, very responsive. The room was well equipped with cooking tools, dishes and utensils. There was plenty of coffee. The beds, pillows and blankets were comfy and cozy. The shower water pressure was great. It snowed a lot the fist night we were there. The kids had a blast playing around the hotel in the snow. The snow made it magical! We were defiantly glad to have the jeep, because the roads were bad! it was a tight space for 4 people. it would be very comfortable for a couple. The ski locker was nice to have access to. We didn't really use the resort amenities, as the closed pretty early, and we were outside playing. We rented skis from the resort. We are novice skiers and took a lesson near by. I think with the right lift pass, you could have accessed all the lifts in the area without leaving the hotel. The room is very nicely renovated. It was easy to make breakfast and frozen dinners.
− It is a studio, not a one bedroom. I should have noticed sooner from looking at the pictures, but I didn't until it was too late to cancel. With the couch pulled out, there was very little space left in the room. We weren't staying in the actual hotel, more like a condo attached to the hotel, so it was hard to get a reservation at the restaurants. The pool was closed, and that was the main reason we booked there. We did have a good stay, the host made it great, it was just a little tight for 4 people.
