− Location advertised is misleading. The property is at remote area 10 km away from high-level road (not 2km). There is no basic amenities e,g soap. The bathroom is not cleaned. A/c is available only in 1 room. There is no privacy. the owner is monitoring the cctv and calls to remind the rules. The host requested advance payment to confirm the booking when the booking is already confirmed. Later, he requested to pay the commission that he has to pay for booking.com. I think the previous reviews are fake. I would not recommend this property for anyone.

10.0Pool was small and great for 5 people. The villa is outstanding facility wise as we felt really comfortable during our stay. Very calming place. Less crowded surroundings. The place is ideal for a getaway of five or six people. Guests can have drinks and play some music without a problem.
− The location of the property is far from either Homagama or Makumbara Highway Bus stand. It took more than 20 minutes by taxi for which we had to pay more than 500 LKR. Don't use regular taxis. Only use PickMe or Uber as the cost is relatively lower.
