La struttura è molto ampia, luminosa, tranquilla e pulita, in soli 10 minuti di macchina si è alla Spiaggia di Marina di chiatona, in 20 minuti invece Marina di Ginosa. Il parcheggio si trova sempre dinanzi alla struttura. La casa è provvista di qualsiasi comodità,come ad esempio: lavatrice, macchina del caffè, stoviglie, asse da stiro, detersivi vari, aspirapolvere. Inoltre la proprietaria mette a disposizione una colazione per tutto il tempo del soggiorno costituita da muffin, plum-cake,confetture, nutella, latte, biscotti fette biscottate e in più, bottiglia d’acqua fredda all’arrivo che è sempre gradita.

Varcare la soglia di questa casa è stato come entrare in un piccolo rifugio di serenità: luminosa, pulita, ordinata, accogliente, con ogni dettaglio pensato per rendere il soggiorno confortevole, che sia di pochi giorni o di più lunga durata. Qui nulla manca, e tutto sembra fatto per farti sentire a casa, anche lontano da casa. Ad accoglierci, la signora Tiziana con un sorriso sincero e una gentilezza rara, capace di trasformare un semplice arrivo in un incontro speciale. Un luogo che non è solo da abitare, ma da ricordare.
