Imagine living in a temple.
10.0If you are visiting Bali, and want to really experience the deep history and culture, this is the place to be. The food, architecture, customs. Please be very respectful, this is not just some hotel, it is a person's home, which they are renting out for now, but ultimately for their family. The grounds are much like a temple, in fact have a temple inside, do not enter this without checking with them first. The host is super sweet, speaks several language. The people in the area are also wonderful. They smile because they really love people.
