− Evtl. die Lautstärke durch die Bar darunter aber da wir viel unterwegs waren war es nicht so schlimm

− Riscaldamento limitato, parte mansardata del tutto priva, bagno compreso che pure ha un piccolo termosifone, non funzionante. A un certo punto, non c'è stato più modo di attivarlo neanche sotto.

− Freddo che arrivava dal piano mansardato,caldaia in blocco pet 2gg ma intervento rapido per risolvere il problema
