Immaculate, comfortable cottage in the heart of Conwy
10.0Beautiful property, immaculate and contemporary presentation, perfect location for exploring Conwy and North Wales. Spacious and really comfortable, with modern kitchen and bathroom. A fabulous stay. Helpful and friendly communications before hand. We look forward to a return visit.
Holiday home in a great central location.
8.0Great location, within the towns castle walls & central for restaurants & sightseeing. Although centrally located, the property was in a quiet side street. It was nice to stay independently in a house, with a lounge, dining & kitchen versus a 1 roomed hotel stay. Communication with the owner regarding key box entry & any questions was good & prompt. We were able to park right outside the door for the entire stay, although that wasn’t guaranteed.
− We didn’t have any major issues that would prevent us staying again, but noting some details for a balanced review. There’s not much the owner can do about these, but seagulls are noisy at night :-). Plus, the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep, so worth noting for anyone who may have access limitations. We had some questions regarding missing or repair items that Matt responded to quickly & didn’t negatively impact our stay, but ideally those would have been spotted & acted upon by the cleaners prior to arrival. Although car parking is available, it’s on a narrow, dead end street with no turning circle, cars double parked & needs precision. We knew that in advance thanks to google earth, but anyone lacking confidence should use the public car parks.
