9.0The property is in a good location. 2 good size bedrooms. Really great size living space. Sainsburys across the road for provisions! Very convenient! The owner of the property is available if there are any concerns .
− It is on a roundabout but great view beyond. The parking is separate to the property so make sure you register 48 hours before your stay otherwise they’re very quick to fine!!

9.0Nice, tidy, complete apartment. Collecting keys and entry were easy - we just used a code to get the keys from a lock box and then another code to enter the building. Both were communicated to me prior to arrival. The apartment was big and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, including a washing machine which was very useful. The heating was adequate but took a while to heat the place up. I think the heaters are on a timer, and I couldn't figure out how to alter it.
− I had some worries about parking. There were threatening signs all over the car park about hefty fines for unauthorised vehicles. After our first night, I contacted the owner to tell them the registration number of our car and they passed that on to the car parking people. I would have felt better if they had asked for this information earlier, or had explained how it worked before we arrived. If I had not taken the initiative and provided my car details, would they have asked and would I have been fined? My suggestion is to remove the policing of the car park - there is no need. It's not in a location where people are going to park for any other reason than staying at the accommodation on site.
