Very outdated and super overpriced place

The bed itself was ok. There was frige and microwave in the room.

− The room was soaked with cigarette smoke. Dirty place. Very thin walls. It just doesnt worth $177 per night.

Friendly staff at front desk, very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious and convenient location. Easy parking

− No coffee maker in the room. However they did offer to get us one but they didn’t have coffee to go in it

Room itself was sufficient and clean. Very convenient location.

− Overpriced for a motel. Once booked, I was asked if I wanted to upcharge to have a private bath. WTH! I didn't realize any motel these days would not have a private bath. Afraid of the alternative, I paid the upcharge to ensure having a private bath. Beadspread was thin and an odd fabric that wasn't soft. Our stay came with some very weird and uncomfortable experiences. We sat out on the porch to relax and a guy wearning pajama bottoms, bare feet, carrying a backpack kept trying to chat with us and others (maybe looking for buyers?). Then a woman a few rooms down came out and asked if anyone was diabetic, that someone in her room needed medicine and drug stores were closed. Later after going inside and it was dark out, a woman and two men were talking loudly and flirting obnoxiously right outside our door. And if that wasn't enough, there was a kid upstaris that continually kept running across the floor, back and forth, which went on until almost 11:00pm. Even though overpriced, it was cheaper than the other 2 places we stayed at on our trip and I was trying to justify spending more on the other places (waterfront) by staying cheaper this one night. I will never make that mistake again. Life is short, comfort and enjoyment will come first next time!
