− З дня нашого виїзду минуло вже чотири робочих дні,але ми до сих пір не отримали повернення 150 євро залогу,який було знято з банківської картки в день заселення.Цей випадок викликає негативні ємоції.Дуже просимо зробити повернення наших коштів негайно!

− Tuve que ir a buscar las llaves a un lugar LEJOS del apartamento. No me cobraron lo que faltaba en persona y luego me enviaban un link de pago por whatsapp para pagar fianza y taza turistica, les pedí que me lo envien por Booking como corresponde, y no lo hacían, y me amenazaron con inhabilitarme la tarjeta de entrada al apartamento. Perdí muchísimo tiempo hablando con Booking para lograr hacer los pagos a traves de Booking y no por links privados que me enviaban. Fue desagradable recibir la amenaza de quedarnos afuera por ellos no cumplir con lo que debían.
