Outstanding facilities

Schöne Villa, jedoch nicht zum entspannen am Pool

Super schöne Villa ca. 10 minuten Fussweg in die Kleinstadt Palnos und zum Strand mit Beachbars. Die Villa ist sehr stilvoll gestaltet und auch der Poolbereich ist top gestaltet. Es war sehr sauber und Handtücherwechsel und Reinigung fand auf Wunsch alle 2 Tage statt. Es gab alles was man benötigte in der Villa.

− Leider waren die Kissen wirklich super unbequem, viel zu hart und hoch. Wir waren zu viert und haben es alle so gesehen. Aus dem Ausguss vom Waschbecken kam wirklich ein extrem unangenehmer fauler Geruch, der nicht wegging. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn hat extrem nach Chlor gerochen. Leider liebt die Villa auch an einer sehr viel befahrenen Strasse. Innerhalb der Villa hört man davon nicht so viel, jedoch wenn man am Pool liegt ist es extrem laut, da Busse, LKWs und alles Andere direkt vorbeifährt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist auf Grund dessen zu hoch.

Alles an der Unterkunft ist super. Wir hatten noch nie so eine saubere Unterkunft. Perfekt für Gruppen und super bezüglich dem Asutoabstellplatz. Sehr geräumig und modern.

We had the most wonderful relaxing 10 days at Soūl Villa - such a beautiful outdoor area - great pool, very comfy bean bags and loungers and welcome shade over the sofa area. The beds were SO comfortable, the villa was beautifully decorated - very modern with great showers and plenty of hot water. Lovely, fluffy towels both in the bathrooms and on the loungers. Good kitchen area and both indoor and outdoor tables were great. Cleaning schedule was excellent - every 3 days was more than we expected and I can honestly say we had the most thorough, conscientious cleaners I’ve ever experienced on holiday. We had a couple of queries while staying and we found the owners to be very responsive, friendly and helpful. Handily just a 10-15 minute walk into the main town, with a lovely wee taverna just across the road, which we visited 3 times.

− Re-cycling facilities would have been good - we’d separated our rubbish as we would at home, but found out from the owner that recycling doesn’t happen on the island, so it all ended up in the landfill bin in the street. I later spotted large recycling bins in the street some way into town - it would be good to have had directions to the nearest one to the villa. An information folder in the villa would have been useful. The noise from the road outside could be a bit tiresome at times when in the garden. However, these were all minor issues in relation to the wonderful time we had at the villa.

Stylish, Spacious, and Truly Special

• The villa was even better than expected—modern, stylish, and incredibly spacious. • We received a warm, friendly welcome on arrival, which immediately set the tone. • Thoughtful extras like a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, bottled water, and milk waiting in the fridge made us feel really looked after. • Branded ‘Soul Luxury Villa’ towels and pillowcases added a boutique touch. • The open-plan layout was perfect for socialising, and the massive 4K smart TV was great for winding down. • All bedrooms had their own en-suites, which gave everyone their own private space. • The outdoor area was just as impressive, with a beautiful private pool, comfy loungers, a shaded seating area, and a large BBQ. • The villa is tucked away in a peaceful spot but still just a short walk from the beach and town centre—ideal location. • Spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout. Overall: A five-star stay, well worth the price, and we’d return without hesitation. Soul Luxury Villa more than lives up to its name.

− If we had to be picky, the kitchen could use a few more utensils and better cooking equipment—but we still managed fine and it didn’t take away from the experience.
