− The entrance hall was covered in black mold and all the plaster coming away from the walls, the oven was filthy - considering a cleaning fee is charged this is clearly not put towards cleaning the property. No kettle at the property and no access to the heating thermostat and the property was freezing. We had to sleep in our coats. The communication with the host was very difficult.
Do Not Stay Here Unless You Want To Lose £300
1.0− poo stays all over the sheets,no hot water and no heating for the first week so was unable to shower and put down a £300 deposit and never got it back. The Man was very rude to us and had no respect at all

1.0− no heating, hot water, mold and mess within the property, lack of communication once asked for a full refund as could not stay in the property even when booking.com have tried to make contact it has been ignored!!!!

Needs some basic maintenance.
3.0− No key to flat, hot water didn’t work and host did not respond to our questions. The blind fell off and lacerated my finger. The shower was mouldy. The entrance/stairs were horrible and dirty. Great location and spacious.

− ITS A SCAM G0T PHONE CALL FROM HOST TO SAY HE COULDNT MEET UP TO HAND OVER KEYS AND WE WOULD HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROPERTY _ THE PROMISED REFUND OF THE ACCOMODATION AND SECURITY DEPOSIT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED AND LOOKS LIKE LEGAL ACTION IS NEEDED NO RESPONSE TO CALLS TEXT OR EMAILS
