SCAM HOST FRAUDING PEOPLE OUT OF DRPOSITS MONEY

− PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAM HOST WHO WILL NOT SEND DOOR CODE UNTIL UOUR ST THE LOCATION. THEY ASK FOR DEPOSIT AWAY FTOM APP TO SCAM AND NEVER HSVE INTENTIONS OF GIVING DEPOSIT BACK!! I’M A GENIUS PLUS MEMBER AND THIS WAS THE WORST STAY I EVER HAD SINCE IVE BEEN ON THE APP FIVE YEARS. Had to pay a separate $100 deposit off the app in which they ask for cash app. I felt funny about sending but they would not send code for door. If I was not rushing I would have asked for refund from Customer Service. I went ahead and paid the hundred dollars deposit upon leaving the next day. I asked for my deposit back, The Host told me that I broke her kitchen sink as she was not giving me a deposit back. I never use the kitchen sink and it seemed like it was a scam the way she was ready to say I broke something. I called Customer Service and they did not do anything for me so this will be the last time I book on this app booking.com because if scams like this, can fly then the whole system is flaw.
