Lamentable.
1.0− Pues resulta que reservé dos noches con mi pareja, y cuando llego tarde sobre las 12 d la noche el código que me facilitaron de la puerta no funcionaba, me pegué llamándolos toda la noche y nadie atendió y eso que supuestamente era atención al cliente 24h. Pues nada tuvimos que mi pareja y yo dormir en la calle literalmente, al otro día pude entrar bien, pero claro ha pasado dos meses y no me han ingresado el dinero de esa noche que perdí, ni me han solucionado nada, la excusa de ellos es que hablé con booking. Me parece lamentable que pueda ocurrir eso, no se lo deseo a ningún huésped.

− La mala comunicación con el regente ya que todo fue por mensaje , códigos de entrada..y los accesos al apartamento que estaban muy viejos.

9.0Very clean, bright and spacious apartment. No issues with accessing the apartment for check in. Seamless access.
− On street parking operates on a first come first serve basis, didn’t have any issues finding parking most evenings but reserved space would be convenient. No lift if required, you must take a few flights of stairs.

− El tema de recogida de llaves es en un sitio y apartamento en otro y para aparcar en ambos sitios fatal ....

− No es que no me gustara pero si tengo que decirlo para que no les pase con nadie más ,cuando yo llegue la isla y cogí un taxi para ir al sitio de las llaves en la misma ubicación que comparte el propietario es diferente al sitio donde está realmente debería cambiarlo para que no tenga inconvenientes
