− The staff in the morning were very nice and helpful! However, one person from the staff in the afternoon was rude! I did not like his attitude. I asked for a receipt that I forgot to asked in the morning and he did not want to help me. He mentioned that it was not necessary. At the end, he did provide the receipt but made me feel uncomfortable.

− El cuarto no era bonito y se veía viejo en comparación a los demás del hotel, era el ultimo del segundo piso y al lado hay algún bar o antro donde tienen música a alto volumen y también todo el ruido de la recamara de al lado se pasa a esta.
