Easy, clean, and good spot
10.0Very clean and tidy! Everything I needed was in the closets, very much appreciated the iron and board. Great location, right on the creek and easy walk east or west to the lakes.
We had a wonderful stay! Felt right at home: beautiful home and super comfortable!

10.0Cozy, clean, convenient, and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the water filter, Keurig and bath soaps making it convenient for an easy morning after a late arrival. Perfect location. Walking distance past a beautiful creek to good restaurant and shops. Super safe seeming area. Short drive to art institute and airport.
− It would be nice to have illuminated numbers on house for night arrivals, and a latch for upstairs front door to close when you’re on the inside so you can tell it’s locked. The back door obviously bolts so wasn’t an issue. Those are just ‘nice to haves’ though. The place is pretty much perfect.
Lovely Rental Apt in Minneapolis!
10.0Really excellent and comfortable stay! The apartment is quite livable and stylish with a lot of amenities and the best guest guide I’ve seen in a short-stay rental. The neighborhood is really nice and easy to get places in Minneapolis. Free parking was easy too. Would happily return!
− The bedroom did not cool well in the summer and there is a tight staircase to enter the unit.

10.0This space is lovely and comfortable. Very conveniently located to the city and surrounding suburbs. Equipped for making my own meals as needed. Owners easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would stay again.

10.0I had an amazing 17-night stay at Nicollet Nook and can’t say enough good things about it! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with all the basic essentials, and I really appreciated how thoughtfully everything was arranged. Alyson was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home away from home!
− There is a slight creaking noise from the wooden floors, but it’s minimal and didn’t cause any issues during my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be staying here again.
