Das gesamte Haus ist sanierungsbedürftig und wir haben uns absolut nicht wohlgefühlt.

- zentrale Lage - viel Platz im Haus und Grundstück Mehr positive Sachen gibt es leider nicht.

− - alles war staubig und schmutzig - überall ein alter modriger Geruch - uns wurden 19 € Strom, pro Tag und 280 € Endreinigung berechnet (für das, was man bekommt eine Frechheit) - alte Matratzen und Kissen mit Stockflecken - die "Betten" sind eigentlich Liegen, die mit Bettgestellen umbaut sind und Matratzen draufgelegt wurden - die gesamte Einrichtung (Küche, Bäder, Schränke, Waschmaschine) ist abgenutzt - rissige Wände - schmutziges Geschirr - alte, kaputte Gartenmöbel, die komplett verwittert sind - die Einrichtung gleicht einem Museum, alles ist alt (teilweise 16. Jahrhundert, wurde erwähnt) - das untere Bad war sehr verschmutzt - der Toilettendeckel war locker - die andere Toilette war ständig verstopft - helle Wäsche hatte nach dem Waschen, in der Waschmaschine dunkle Flecken - der Wasserdruck ist so gering, dass es grad so aus dem Duschkopf tröpfelt - warmes Wasser braucht teilweise 2-4 Minuten, bis es aus der Leitung kommt - fragwürdige, klebrige Lackausbesserungen auf einer Kommode, die nun auf meinem neuen Shirt sind (keine Erstattung, warum lege ich auch meine Sachen da ab und nicht in den Kleiderschrank) - Nur ein Autostellplatz, der für bis zu 12 Personen reichen muss (Das zweite Auto mussten wir teilweise 1Km entfernt, bei einem Supermarkt parken) - die hier gezeigten Fotos wurden auf jeden Fall mit Filtern aufgehübscht, damit das ganze einladend aussieht
