Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Man ist schnell an einer Schnellstraße und auch schnell auf der Autobahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto in Großröhrsdorf und Radeberg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in ca. 500m und die S-Bahn-Statin in ca. 15 min. fußläufig zu erreichen. Sie lag zentral zwischen unseren Ausflugszielen Dresden, Meißen, Görlitz, Zittau, Oberlausitz und Elbsandsteingebirge.
