8.0Der Ausblick vom Balkon, Das Grundstück weit genug von der großen Strasse, von da aus wenig Lärm, Größe des Hauses
− Sehr steile Zufahrt, Partylärm aus dem Nachbarort, Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein, Bad in der Nähe der Schlafzimmer sehr spartanisch, zu viel Verkehr entlang der Küstenstrassen, über die man ständig fahren muss.
