− Bedroom too basic for the price. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Fan/hot water makes a lot of noise. It would have been nice if at least one bottle of water was free.

1.0Solo la posizione ma non giustifica tutto il resto.
− Prima di tutto il portone d'ingresso del condominio aperto a chiunque. Sono entrata anche senza suonare o utilizzando infatti. Per cominciare l'ingresso che portava all'appartamento era molto stretto infatti ci siamo ritrovati ad entrare con i nostri vicini di stanza e per farli entrare dovevamo stare o dentro o fuori perché non c'era modo di passare entrambi. Appena entro in stanza la prima cosa che noto é che la porta non si apre completamente e sbatte contro il letto. La prima cosa che ho fatto è stata bere l'acqua nel frigo non avendo notato che sulla porta ci fosse il listino a pagamento. Vorrei aggiungere che noi abbiamo trovato solo l'acqua,tutto il resto segnato sul listino nella porta all'interno del frigo non c'era. In tutti i posti dove sono stata l'acqua è sempre stata gratuita. Ho soggiornato anche in posti di lusso ed era a pagamento ma decisamente non é questo il caso La stanza era letteralmente un buco. Il display del telecomando del condizionatore rotto. Non c'era un battiscopa attaccato al muro,tutti staccati. Entri in bagno e c'è un buco nel muro sulla parete,trovo shampoo dei clienti precendi e polvere. Per concludere il portone d'ingresso del condominio aperto a chiunque. Infatti la sera stessa siamo scese e nostro rientro il portone era spalancato con una persona poco raccomandabile davanti all'ingresso. Quando si affitta una stanza dovrebbero esserci i requisiti minimi per farlo e in questo caso non c'erano.

− Die Fotos auf Booking entsprechen leider nicht der Realität. Die Unterkunft wirkt auf den Bildern deutlich größer, heller und hochwertiger, als sie tatsächlich ist. Vor Ort waren wir sehr überrascht, weil die Zimmer sehr klein sind und insgesamt einen ganz anderen Eindruck vermitteln. Hätten die Fotos die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten realistisch gezeigt, hätten wir diese Unterkunft für den aufgerufenen Preis nicht gebucht. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Bilder die Unterkunft wahrheitsgetreu darstellen, damit Gäste keine falschen Erwartungen haben.
