− Aseo mal muy mal...llegue con una tremenda araña a mi casa y esta venía en el un zuecos que lo habia guardado en el closet ....las camas viejas crujian y duras.

8.0Varias veces me he hospedado acá y la ubicacion es lo mejor! Las vistas al lago y la cercania de este es maravilloso. Tambien la ubicacion, en que podemos hacer todo caminando. En cuano al depto, muy bueno en espacio, para nuestro grupo.
− Lo mas malo que han hecho, quitar el techo a la piscina que es temperada, lo peor!!!! No se podia usar, ya que el viento y frío al salir, nos impedia usar la piscina. Una lastima, al ir con niños en tiempos que son fríos. Grave error, ojala lo solucionen.

− No se podía abrir el bar de la habitación La pieza olía horrible Ineficiente la atención de recepción. No solucionaron nada. La calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba la radio de la habitación prendía sola. Llameé y fui presencial a recepción y ninguna solución. Estaba con mi esposo y mi hijo de 6 años y la solución que dieron de la calefacción es que se prendía o se apagaba El aseo día por medio Por el valor que piden mínimo hacer aseo en la habitación todos los días Fui a pedir hielo al bar y me dijeron que no podían dame la facilidad de darme “ tenía que llevar yo un vaso” para que me conviden un poco de hielo Por el valor que piden deberían arreglar esto Necesito el correo del gerente del hotel para hablar directamente con el
