7.0A good place if you want to relax during the day and participate in different activities in the evening. From Thursday to Sunday is best for activities. 4 members of the entire staff were friendly and nice. They are the only reason I don't give a lower score. The rest lack customer service training (some from Restaurant, and a member from the front desk).
− It seems that breakfast included is not their norm. I would suggest providing a different color bracelet or something, because you almost feel like you have to beg for your breakfast when those are actually included in the first place. Very annoying. The cleaning was not the best. Not close to good. The sick had some weird spots that I would rather not describe. I had to ask to have it cleaned up. And I found a cockroach slowly walking near the bed. Not a good sign.
