− Las zonas comunes, necesitan una limpieza y una pequeña actualización, al igual que la limpieza general del apartamento sobre todo la cocina y la ropa de cama

− Había enceres en la cocina q necesitan de limpieza.

− Habitación con olor horrible a cigarro. La ropa de cama y toallas no estaban limpias (restos de pelo). Para subir al piso, muy incómodo (segundo piso, sin ascensor, tres grupos de escaleras). El are acondicionado muy ruidoso (instalación completa dentro de la habitación)
