10.0The hotel was in a gated section of town with an attendant screening entrants. We felt very safe. Also, located in Zitacuaro it was approximately an hour drive to the Mariposa butterfly sanctuary. The reception and other staff were very helpful making travel arrangements and the complimentary breakfasts were made to order and were excellent.

Do not stay at Solache Inn!
3.0Hot water. Breakfast was good but not included.
− Solache Inn is misrepresented as being 10 minutes from a Monarch Butterfly reserve. It is almost 2 hours from El Rosario. Restaurant not open. No restaurants nearby to walk to. One man at Reception spoke no English and left us, the only hotel guests, alone at hotel when he had said he could help order in dinner. Dead moths in our beds. No cleaning for a long time. Construction materials all over one side of interior. Only Spanish speaking channels on TV. No bar service. We felt conned being charged over $109 in Mexico for such a poorly managed and unclean hotel.

9.0La seguridad del lugar, se siente una tranquilidad relajante y me agradó que el auto pudo estar en la calle estacionado, sin tener que buscar un estacionamiento para resguardarlo. Todo excelente
− La regadera de una de las habitaciones, le falta mucha presión para el agua caliente, ojalá y puedan checarlo para tener el 100% de satisfacción del lugar.
