Misleading photos, poor facilities.

Staff was very friendly and trying hard to make guests feel welcome and happy.

− Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The facilities were in poor condition, and there were issues almost everywhere. The air conditioning was very weak, the water supply stopped completely twice during our stay, and even when it was working, the water pressure was extremely low. The Wi-Fi was also very unreliable and very weak. Breakfast was disappointing. The food lacked quality, the coffee was terrible, and there were frequently no clean glasses, plates, forks, or knives available. Staff had to wash cutlery and dishes by hand in front of guests waiting to eat, which did not feel hygienic or appropriate for a hotel breakfast service. The photos on Booking.com were also misleading. We booked a double room with a balcony but were given a smaller room without a balcony. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel is not truly beachfront. Reaching the beach requires about a 500-meter walk through a construction area with dirt and sand. In addition, the so-called private beach is not actually private, as it is open to everyone. Overall, the hotel did not match its online description or the standard we expected.

It was in the middle of construction a lot of work in progress

− The staff! The same people were working at the hotel as well on the beach which it was more than 10 minutes on some ungodly roads therefore if you needed anything during the day THERE WAS NO ONE !! The cleaning it to ask 6 different times in three different days. The third day it had to leave and PAY FOR ANOTHER PLACE. OUTRAGEOUS!! The restaurant from the hotel somehow made worst, food very late we ate at 11 pm and the food had no salt. I asked for 3 months continuously for a baby coat and they said they had it than when I came there late at night with the baby THERE WAS NOT BABY COAT. They brought after I asked again WITHOUT SHEETS!! Like are you serious? This is how you guys sleep? On a mattress? I asked for my money back and now reply OBVIOUSLY!!

El desayuno es bueno y las señoras de la cocina encantadoras. La habitación es amplia.

− No guarda relación con las fotos. La habitación que se muestra no es la misma que nos ofrecieron. Para llegar a la playa hay que atravesar un camino en obras. El termo hacía ruido continuamente, avisamos en recepción pero no se reparó. No recomiendo la estancia en este lugar. Relación calidad precio muy mala.

− Die Duschen waren eine katastrofe! Die Fotos sind täuschung! Die Dusche hatte keinen Druck es kam nur Tropfenweise Wasser, dazu hatte es keine Trennwände , die ganze Dusche/ Badezimmer war unter Wasser nach dem Duschen, WC Nass, Lavabo Nass etc. Personal war extrems unfreundlich, nicht zuvorkommend! Die Köchin war auch eine unfreundliche Dame! Ausser die Reception , war als einzige die freundlich waren. Frühstücksbuffet war nichts ausergewöhnliches Täglich die gleiche Auswahl, sehr lieblos das ganze! Und wehe du gehst vor 8 Uhr (Frühstückszeit) sprich 7:55 einen Kaffe holen, dann musstest du es bezahlen. Die Kassiererin konnte nicht rechnen, wusste nicht wie, dann gabs meistens noch Trinkgeld! Aber für Kaffe dann 1€ verlangen um 7:55 Uhr ist okey!
