1.0I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The property ownership had already been changed, but this critical information was not communicated to me at any stage of the booking or prior to arrival. Despite multiple attempts, I did not receive any confirmation or clarification regarding the change in ownership. This lack of transparency and communication caused significant confusion and inconvenience. Such poor coordination and absence of timely updates reflect unprofessional management practices. Guests expect clear and reliable information, especially when it involves ownership or operational changes. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I am dissatisfied with the service standards and would not recommend this property until proper communication and management processes are put in place.

− Bed in very bad smell, it seems that they never change pillow cover and bed sheet. TV not working no tissue at room
