De locatie is heel goed. Dichtbij metro Urgell en metro San Antoni. Supermarkten, bakkerij en slager, restaurants, wassalon zeer dichtbij. De kamers bevinden zich op het eerste verdiep, bereikbaar via trap of lift. Inchecken en toegang tot het appartement gaat vlot via code en "sleutel" op de smartphone. De kamers zijn voldoende ruim. Voldoende opbergruimte. Twee badkamers waarvan 1 met douche, de andere met douche in bad. De airco deed het goed. Net zoals de wifi. Douches werken goed. Er is een wasmachine aanwezig.

− De kamers zijn niet proper gepoetst. Bij aankomst hadden wij mieren (we begrijpen dat dit kan gebeuren, maar ze werden aangetrokken door etensresten die niet verwijderd waren van de vorige bezoekers). De kookpotten waren niet proper (één kookpot was nog zwart aangebrand). Heel wat apparatuur werkte niet: de oven was stuk, de vaatwas werkte niet/onvoldoende, de koelkast kon onze drank en voedsel niet koelen (diepvries deed het wel), het droogrek was stuk en enkel bruikbaar als je het zelf liet ondersteunen met stoelen. De douches op zich werkten heel goed (goed stromend en warm water), maar de douchecabine was gedeeltelijk stuk waardoor ze niet goed sluit. 1 van de bedden stond niet vast omdat een poot stuk was. Mits een betere opvolging qua hygiëne en onderhoud, zou dit een heel leuke verblijfplaats kunnen zijn.

L'aspetto positivo è la posizione, non è centrale ma è facile raggiungere tutte le destinazioni perché c'è una fermata metro a poca distanza. È vicinissima anche la fermata autobus per l'aeroporto e c'è un locker proprio davanti a quest'ultima

− L'appartamento è un po' vecchiotto e andrebbe ristrutturato. C'è una scarsa manutenzione (esempio: lampadine bruciate e non sostituite) e pulizia non eccellente (esempio: molta polvere sulla testiera del letto). La cosa che più ci ha infastiditi è stata la mancanza di assistenza da parte dei gestori/responsabili. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato lo stendino per la biancheria rotto, potrebbe sembrare una banalità ma pensate a dover andare al mare e non avere assolutamente nulla per poter stendere costumi e teli bagnati!! Nell'appartamento c'erano due numeri di telefono da contattare e uno whatsapp. Abbiamo contattato quest'ultimo e un risponditore (forse automatico) ci diceva di contattare lo staff di assistenza che non ci ha mai risposto. Abbiamo provato a chiamare uno dei due numeri di telefono indicati, ma non capivano una parola d'inglese e ci dicevano di contattare booking, cosa che abbiamo fatto. Conclusione? Dopo 4 giorni sono ancora a chiederci le foto dello stendino rotto che non hanno mai sostituito!!!!

My 7 friends and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights at the end of July. Using the digital keys is easy and intuitive, and the accommodation is comfortable, boasting a great location, working air conditioning, and comfy beds. Plus, they provide plenty of large and small towels, as well as shower gel in the bathrooms and dish soap in the kitchen.

− The main issue was finding stains and dirt in several areas. For instance, the armchairs are stained, as is the table, which is hard to clean. Some cutlery and one towel were dirty too. Lastly, the shower is broken. A serious issue was that they didn't provide two extra chairs for the table, so two of us had to eat sitting on the armchair.

Location was good and air con was good.

− The oven didn't work, the fridge wasn't very cold and the plates were dirty on arrival. there were also dirty towels left in the wardrobe. state of cleanliness was generally poor.

− Апартамента е доста амортизиран, снимките които са качени или са много стари или добре обработени. В едната баня сифона на мивката беше запушен, което правеше мивката невъзможна за използване, също така фурната на печката не работи. В деня на настаняване ни поискаха допълнително по 30 евро на човек за туристически данък плюс 150 евро депозит, за да изпратят ключ. Което ми е доста некоректно. Депозита го върнаха на следващия ден след освобождаване на апартамента.
