1.0I booked my room at there ,but when I reached there ,the staff said to me that their is no booking on your name, I showed them confirmation number that booking.com provide me. But they refuse to give me any service, I faced alot of trouble by booking vista visit hotel on booking.com. very bad experience on booking.com very very bad. In future maybe I choose another plateform
