− The host is the worst ever, I didn’t check-in because she said she was fully booked. My booking in August and was told on the day of check-in that it was full. Honestly she should be take off booking.com.

I was beyond disappointed in these people. They came very close to ruining my birthday weekend!!
1.0− Very very very poor customer service. Lack of communication. Booking cancelled at the 11th hour after I had been trying to get in touch for the past month to quadruple check as I was traveling from far. I was promised assistance in booking somewhere else. They never got back to me.

A spacious comfortable home
9.0This is a spacious home and very comfortable.
− It was quite difficult to find even with GPS. Signs would have been helpful and a sign on the house would have been appreciated. There were some kitchen appliances that were waiting repair. More crockery and glassware would make it better.
