Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, the freedom to have our own space in a beautiful part of Helston with all the ameni
7.0The property was in a lovely location and close to the town centre, which was lovely as we were attending Helstonbury and the surrounding areas. The apartment was suitable for the 2 of us. It had a lovely lounge and bedroom, with everything that we needed and a super size TV in the bedroom. The kitchenette was suitable for our 2 night stay and had what was needed without the need for cooking. Parking was a bonus and we had no problems with this once we worked out where to park and the guests in the other apartments in the building were friendly as were the local residents. Chris was very helpful when I needed to contact him.
− Although it did not impact on our stay too much as there was only the 2 of us, the shower has black mould around the base probably as there is no extractor fan, the shower head itself does not fit in the bracket as it was broken which meant that you had to hold it when showering. The microwave was not clean, the kitchen tap was lose and in general the kitchenette and bathroom could do with a little revamp.

8.0I only stayed overnight as was working in the area. Comfortable apartment, ideal location. I knew i would arrive late in the evening so it was handy having a lock box so I wasnt tied to an arrival time.

Good size apartment but needs a clean
6.0Good size property and conveniently located for our requirements for a one night stay. The lounge and in particular was well proportioned.
− A lick of paint generally wouldn’t go a-miss but it was the shower room that really let the apartment down. It was very small with no form of ventilation and it was not clean. The fitting holding the shower head was also broken.

4.0The location was good as we were able to walk into town and leave the car. The thick walls kept the property fairly cool in the heatwave.
− Cleanliness poor, kitchen tap wobbly, kettle lid difficult to open, shower head holder broken, toilet seat broken, bed springs squeaky.
