− brud w całym hotelu, strefa basenowa -basen miał nalot śliski na dnie i scinach, smród od wejscia, woda z prysznica wylewała się na cały korytarz, podłogi brudne, ogólnie zaniedbane wymagajace remontu, pokój pościel czysta, obsługa miła ale generalnie meble są w stanie tragicznym podłogi , sciany , nawet okolice okien...tak wygląda cały hotel tam gdzie jest częśc schodów które generalnie są piekne też jest syf wynikający ze zuzycia. nawet bawialnia dla dzieci to jeden haos wszytsko zniszczone i smierdzace. bylimy z dziecmi ze względu na zoo, nie polecam tam nocować absoultnie nawet odradzam, co prawda jest tam bardzo miła obsługa to jedyny plus , syfiasta łazienka odbiegająca od normalności. na plus maja piękne zoo i bardzo miłą obsługę, sam hotel nie polecam, w okolicy są inne czyste i zabdane miejsca.

− Ośrodek leży bardzo daleko od miasta, co jednak może być odbierane dwojako (bez auta ani rusz). Pokoje są stare, listwy przypodłogowe uszkodzone, w naszym pokoju była dziura w drzwiach (prawdopodobnie kiedyś były otwierane na siłę), dużo kurzu. Obsługa raczej nieprzyjemna, mało pomocna, niedoinformowana. Raz można płacić kartą, raz nie, preferują BLIK lub gotówkę. Jeśli myślisz, że coś jest tutaj darmowe (w cenie), to ułuda, nawet jeśli szumnie informują o tym w mediach społecznościowych. Nie polecam.
